Reputation Agent
The Reputation Agent connects to your EHR, finds every visit that closed that day, and texts that patient a review request. It runs every morning on its own. No lists to upload, no front desk reminders, nobody deciding which patients get asked.
Long wait and hard to reach the front desk.
Care was fine but the experience felt rushed.
Excellent care from start to finish.
Highly recommend this team.
Best experience I have had with a clinic.
Runs every day. Nobody touches it.
The problem
For a local practice, your Google rating is the first thing a prospective patient sees. Yet the patients who love you rarely think to post about it, while the occasional frustrated visit shows up right away. The math quietly works against you.
Most practices try to fix this by asking at the front desk. That does not scale, it depends on whoever is working that day, and as of 2026 it is against Google's rules.
April 2026
For a decade the standard playbook was review gating. Ask the patient how their visit went, send the happy ones to Google, quietly route the unhappy ones to a private form. Every reputation vendor sold it. Plenty still do.
Google prohibited that practice years ago and mostly ignored it. In April 2026 they rewrote the Maps review policy and started enforcing. Selectively soliciting positive reviews, discouraging negative ones, asking for reviews on your premises, and setting staff review quotas are all now explicit violations.
Enforcement does not land on the vendor. It lands on your Google Business Profile. Reviews get removed without notice, and a profile that has been filtered for years is the one that looks manipulated when someone finally checks.
The Reputation Agent asks every patient the same way, with the same options, every time. Not because it is safer. Because it is the only version that still works.
How it works
We integrate with your EHR through FHIR. One-time setup, no ongoing maintenance, no change to how your staff charts.
The agent finds completed visits on its own, every day. No lists. No uploads. No one remembering to run a report.
Every patient gets the same message from your practice. They choose whether to leave a public review or send you private feedback. Both options, same page, every time.
The message itself
There is no logic deciding who is worth asking. Every completed visit gets this, and the link opens one page with both doors on it.
Sample message. Synthetic content, not a real patient.
Why it's different
After setup, nobody touches anything. No daily dashboard. No campaign management. No patient list uploads. The agent runs silently, every day.
Connects through FHIR and identifies completed visits automatically. Your staff workflow does not change. Nobody logs into anything new.
Every patient gets the same message with the same two options. Public review or private feedback, their choice, equal prominence. Nothing is filtered before it reaches Google.
Patients are routed to the right Google profile for the clinic they actually visited. Four locations, four profiles, no crossed wires.
